The turned out very good!!
Made (separate) greens, cornbread and even (Jasmine) rice too. 😁

The rice turned out great.
Not mushy, just perfect, aromatic. I think I will make rice from now on this way (bc you can’t overcook it, & I think my rice cooker died. Can’t find it.)

Black Eyed Peas (w/ veggies and turnip greens) . Not much greens, but they’re in there. Lots of flavor. Good over cornbread or rice. I made sous vide rice. The other was conventional on the stovetop.

Medterra and batch seem to be at the top of gummies. I tried this fancybich Gold Reserve tincture from Batch before but wasn't too impressed

I recommend brands AvidaCbd, CBDFX & BlueMoonHemp.
All sell gummies tinctures, gelcaps.
I like CBDfx wellness tincture (has CBD and CBG and other anti inflammatory components).

TINCTURES work faster, more efficient than gummies.
You shd consider an Indica (calming) strain & NOT MORE a than 50mg per day.
CBD works best if consistently in your system over 24hrs, instead of one bid dose 30-50mg dose 1x /day. So 3 smaller 10-15mg doses DAILY. Be consistent. Don’t dbl dose

@SirTapTap As I noted, 35mg per dose is NOT a micro dose.
Micro dose is closer to 1-4mg, taken 12-24 times over 24 hours.
Also, needs to be consistently in yr system over the course of a day and a few weeks. Taking CBD once per day in a lg dose may not be effective.
Diet and other items can impact efficacy. Also, the quality of the CBD matters too.
Products w/ over 0.3% THC are generally illegal in the USA unless THC is legal in yr local jurisdiction.
