    @TwraSun was für ein juristischer GAU ist das denn bitte? Abgesehen von der Sache, dem Inhalt und dem Typen - mit nem richtigen Anwalt wär das Ganze eingestellt worden, mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit

    Der Typ hat sich einfach um Kopf und Kragen geredet und war leichte Beute für den Staatsanwalt

    @tagesschau Umgehung der Regelung durch die Banken durch Verlagerung der Kosten auf andere Kontobereiche, Kontoführungsgebühren werden erhöht, nur noch 3 kostenlose Überweisungen, danach 25 Cent pro Auftrag... Irgendwie neppen die Banken die Kunden schon ab, keine Sorge
