Sad to say it looks like Russia is close to checkmate Ukraine despite the brave stand by Ukraine. It sucks more money is going to Israel to support genocide and ethnic cleansing. Oh we better believe a regional war is coming, whatever Netanyahu wants apparently he shall receive even after casting the US in bad light.

    As predicted, the Carlson interview was indeed followed by attempts to present as the “dove of peace”.

    Reuters reports that in 2023 Putin already “suggested ceasefire” but “US rejected it”. What’s the source for this revelation? Russia, of course.

    Just as with the fake about “Boris Johnson rejecting almost ready peace deal in 2022”.

    Please also note that under this “dove of peace” trope Russia is also smuggling a much more important concealed message: that it’s US who decides when the war stops. Russia didn’t claim they made the offer to Ukraine, because they present Ukraine as “country 404” (that’s their semi-official joke), that is one that does not exist.

    For Russia Ukraine is not a partner for peace talks. Notably, Russia did not direct their “ceasefire offer” (which is likely entirely invented) to the 50+ countries that support Ukraine, nor to the EU that is currently the largest military and financial donor for Ukraine. They claim they made the offer to the US.

    Let this serve as a reminder that whatever Russia says publicly is usually part of information warfare. Their statements cannot be perceived and interpreted as declaration of facts or intentions, as specifically Russian declarations are usually the very opposite of both.

    By the way, if US diplomats were into trolling, they could remind Putin what he was consistently saying for 8 years of the war in Donbass, which was 100% started and funded by Russia. Putin was consistently denying Russian participation in the war and insisted that Russia cannot end it, because it’s not a side in it 🤷

    Putin is quite the strategist saying that he prefers Biden to remain president. His statement is of course reverse psychology. He knows that he cannot offend Republicans that admire him. He will still exhaust all avenues to get Trump reelected because he wishes to destroy America. Naive Americans like Tucker Carlson are a gift to Putin's Russia.
