I've received my first "report" on hugs.lgbt and I'm very confused ....

Two posts were reported ... neither were from hugs.lgbt posts ... one was a reply to one of my posts by a mutual, the other was a post by that mutual without any hugs.lgbt involvement ...

Did I receive the report because one of those was a reply to a post of mine?

But why the other one?

Also very confused as to why ... the first was a thank you reply to a post from me.

The other was a meme.

The category was "other" but no notes or any other information that I could discern 🤔 🤷‍♂️

Hello! Dumb question for you.
My instance has become incredibly slow, most images never load. Unable to attach images to new posts (the upload bar simply stalls).
Really bad with mobile ui.
But also really slow with my app, Megalodon.
Tried Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, DuckDuckGo (cleared history). All the same issue.
Yet, my other internet connected phone apps work perfectly. Pixelfed, YouTube, email, etc all fine.
MastoHost reports everything fine on their end.
Any ideas?

Bad news - I've tested positive for tuberculosis

Good news - it's latent TB, and my chest x-ray suggests the disease is not active

Good news 2 - I'll be starting a 6 month regiment of medicines to kill the disease (and they are covered by my insurance)

Bad news 2 - there's a risk my case could turn active at any time, so I'm broken hearted to be taking medical leave from work, and won't be returning to finish the school year with my class

Oddly enough, I "feel" fine. Had my annual blood work not tested for it, I wouldn't have even known

Other than the pesky sinus issues, I have no symptoms at all

It should be an interesting next six months

I wasn't able to find a decent one with the red ear stripe ... yet, I'll look more ...

They are mighty shy and most of my pics are zooms, and sadly distorted

I did find a few of generic pond sliders, and quite a few yellow-bellied sliders ...

The red ones are mostly the same, with a red mark where ears would be.

Also a few more of the big fellas, the Florida SoftShells ...

Is the "counter" for setting limits on how many likes/favorites/hearts can be used at the Admin level?

Is this something each instance can set on their own? Or is this part of the main pixelfed code?

I ask because after 2 hours use today, I am already out of likes ... and must wait till the time limit passes.

As an active daily user, this is increasingly an issue. Is another instance or hosting my own instance a solution?
