It is never fun to reject interesting ideas, or even admit you messed up in the past and are going to revert accepted but not released ideas. But when it is to ensure the package you're maintaining stays within it's intended and designed scope: Worth it

At this point, I'm fully past the point of trial running #Renovate and am full steam ahead replacing #Dependabot. Initially, I thought #Renovate's lack of SAT for #PHP and trying to update the lock file afterward was a weakness, but while writing my GitHub Sponsors update for this month I concluded it is a strength. By not doing a full SAT for dependencies, I see all dependency updates. And #Dependabot didn't give me that.
Been slowly working on setting up #Renovate for my #PHP packages. Specifically taking the time to also have a centralized configuration repository so that my configuration boils down to only this, while having all base configuration, grouping, don't update PHP by default etc:
The downside of getting back to a branch in progress is that I have no clue what the fuck was going on in my head while creating the file in front of me 🤦
Been putting the template annotations into @reactphp's async package. This will make PHPStan understand that when you await a PromiseInterface<bool>, the await function returns a bool. All with this amazing view:

Alright new toy/project came in today. The Everything Presence One by #EverySmartHome. It's up and connected to the #WiFi , #esphome pod is up and running, now to connect #homeassistant to it and the experimenting begins!

While I absolutely enjoy learning #Portuguese with #duolingo but having to learn it from #English instead of #Dutch makes questions like these crappy. Since you is plural, singular, specific, broad; must first translation was "Voce bebe cha", singular instead of the plural "Tu bebes cha" 🤦.
