"Just install this addon" is not a solution to privacy issues on the web. It's a temporary fix, or a workaround, but not a solution. The real solution is regulation, and enforcement of it.

Da ich dafür keinen Bedarf mehr habe, wollte ich mal nachfragen ob jemand hier Interesse daran hat? Die Abenteuer sind

The Internet must serve people – not the other way around.
The Digital Service Act is here to ensure it.
It covers different types and sizes of online services, wherever they are based, setting strict rules including:
✔ Reporting for illegal and inappropriate content
✔ Better protection of privacy
✔ Clear and concise terms & conditions
✔ No targeted advertising for children

#Farscape is like a #DnD campaign in many ways, or at least a good hint at how you might want to structure one as a #dungeonmaster .
Individual characters with different strengths and weaknesses, all pushed together by chance and looking to fulfill their own goals, some of which align.
Episodes sometimes put one character in the spotlight with their backstory and resolve some stuff about them. Then the next character and so on and so forth.
@equationeer I'm one of those people that only really knows and plays #DnD (I did play some Star Wars and #DSA as a teenager), so I'd be very curious to hear how it's different in your opinion :)
Just heard (under Chatham Rule) that the US is trying to get "carve outs" for its companies from the EU's #DSA and #DMA. That would be utterly insane for the EU to grant. It's also wrongheaded for the US to want. The EU (& world) a more stability and better #digitalgovernance #AIEthics#techPolicy

@danieledirubbo I have been going through some of the old #dsa adventures, and they are sometimes much more freeform than what I expected. Even with Kiesow's stuff it's not quite as bad as I remembered. I think they were trying out a lot, and somehow the stuff that worked best for the audience they were writing for was railroads. And as DSA was the big fish in the pond this was what the whole hobby started to emulate.
Midgard scenarios for example are slightly less railroady. slightly.
Na początku stycznia min. cyfryzacji ogłosił konsultacje projektu wdrażającego #DSA. W piątek 19.01 upływa termin zgłaszania uwag.
Pierwsze wrażenia: projekt jest na dość ogólnym poziomie i ma kilka poważnych luk.
Poznaliśmy też pomysł na nowy organ kontrolny powołany do życia przez DSA – DSC (koordynator ds. usług cyfrowych) – który ma stać na straży praw użytkowniczek i użytkowników Internetu. W PL nowe uprawnienia wynikające z DSA mają trafić do #UKE, a pewne kompetencje także do #UOKiK

Nastawiamy się na legislacyjny sprint, bo czas na wdrożenie DSA upływa 17.02. Więcej konkretów pod koniec tygodnia (najpierw koncentrujemy się na przygotowaniu opinii w konsultacjach), a tymczasem przypominamy nasze oczekiwania dot. wdrożenia #DSA w PL:
