Do the band use on daily basis? We might be surprised!

An end of an era?

The Z80 product line, specifically the Z84C00 is being end of life after 48 years of production.

As usual for Zilog, nothing on their website.

This I got from the RMC discord but I did see this earlier today elsewhere

Incredible!

How companies manage to move themselves into a corner time and again.

Only to fall behind on updating their dependencies to the point of running on EOL libraries and frameworks.

The Big Rewrite is going to happen in a newer version of the same framework because we learned our lesson ™, amirite?

As a reminder, @fedora 37 is going EOL tomorrow, December 5th!

Please make sure to upgrade to either Fedora 38 or Fedora 39 to stay on a supported version!

Alongside this, I will also be disabling the Fedora 37 build roots for any COPR project I run.

are great!

As an applicant you can inform the company about their dependencies having reached (end of life, i.e. no updates whatsoever).

Since my mid-2013 reached its (long time ago), and the decides not to support 11 anymore. 😤

I’ve decided to bring my back to life and install on it. And it is indeed great so far. 😍

As you can see I’m still configuring and customizing it.
Let’s see how it goes 🙄

Curious how other folks handle storage of documents such as taxes, wills, etc. so they're secure during life, but can be accessed by non-techies at death.
