An independent bookstore had a VIP visitor... who even left with a few new poems.

This was my first look at the park, which is a phenomenal place for wild flowers -- it is threaded through by streams. These are pictures I took at the Jack in the Green fest, held every Beltane in Hastings. These are from 13 years ago, when I lived in London. I particularly like this portrait of the inimitable Simon Costin of the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic in Cornwall. This was a magical time and place, when I haunted folky events.
