It's gray and rainy here today, which is good because we desperately need the rain, but it's not conducive to consciousness. I want to go make a nest in my bed and nap all day. It also makes me want to post this photo of a gray, foggy day in Newfoundland.
The true essence of a wave is water. Rising, strengthening, and rolling onto the beach, its unique form is momentary. Soon, it returns to the tranquil state, awaiting the right conditions to emerge anew.
Balance - I look up and I’m in awe, such a beauty!! At that moment I think once again that there can be no sparkling rainbow without sun and rain. That it’s all about balance
Ps. If you look closely you can see it was a double rainbow. And it even seemed the colors didn’t stop at the inside but continued to another rainbow.
We had a #cycletrip to #BudleighSalterton today, which is a nice round trip of 48 km. It was a pleasant day, not too hot and with a refreshing breeze. Those of you in the know will be glad that I wore shorts and so my pump could not get stuck in my trouser leg.
The #beach is made of pebbles of various sizes ranging from the size 15-20 cm down to less than a centimetre. The colours vary from #purple and #pink to #grey and #blue.
