The #HumanRights Campaign found that at least 33 transgender and #gender-nonconforming people have been killed in the United States since November last year. Of those deaths, 26 have been recorded so far this year, following a total of 41 recorded deaths last year. The annual report was released Monday.

I get that on forums/Reddit/mastodon posts are in a nice friendly bubble, but wow, #BlueSky has an issue with anime haters, and it's amplified because of #programmaticFeeds.
Filtering feeds with the word 'anime' reveals posts about 'those anime nerds', 'nazi anime pfps', 'anime subhumans' from big liberal antifa posters, big liberal black posters, popular gaming fandom people, and normal looking grandmas.
The fandom has grown a lot from the days when you had to hide your anime-geekiness, but I guess I really never encountered such hate in within my internet echo chambers.

#Target, who is well known to OutOfExile_IDR - Invisible Disability Rights for acts of #ableism, has now turned it's sights to exclude the #LGBTQIA+ community.
