#SportsDrink recipe:
1 kool-aid packet (less color is better)
1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (this has 50% potassium chloride, which gives you a better electrolyte balance)
3/4 c sugar
Mix 6 tbsp of this with 1 L of water, or 2 tbsp with 1 glass of water.
