The #GOP-controlled #HouseofRepresentatives had the least productive year in history. They took 724 (performative) votes but only 56 ended up as laws. House member salaries are $174k per year, which is about $100k more than the average salary in the US. Why are we paying them so much to do so little? They should be paid the Federal #MinimumWage of $7.25.
