One more story from the NHS crisis.

To be clear, I don't blame the nurses & doctors in A&E who are encountering budget & capacity pressures that would make it difficult for anyone to do a good job.

As length of waiting times in A&E grow, so do deaths while waiting to be seen; but this is part of the crisis engineered by the Tories, not a managerial or staff training issue (which is not to say these have no impact).

What could be done about pardons, which are a constitutional right of the POTUS?

My non-legal suggestion is that the issue a policy defining what are "corrupt intent" (eg unconstitutional) grounds for a pardon.

Foremost on this list is any self-pardon, family pardon or anyone whose case has the involvement of the POTUS or their family.
