@GottaLaff Itโ€™s so ugly. Biden has been a gaff machine his entire career and Iโ€™m sure his stutter doesnโ€™t help.

They should be more concerned about Trump who does seem to have had a change in capacity. He didnโ€™t make these kinds of mistakes before.
