Edent, 1 year ago Does #ActivityPub have a concept of a geographically tagged post? I'd like to be able to set a latitude & longitude in such a way that people can discover something in a specific #geolocation. Anyone know if that's possible - either with the #MastodonAPI or other tool?

Edent, 1 year ago @m3t00 sure, that's good for sharing a location as a link. But I was talking about embedding it as metadata.

m3t00, 1 year ago @Edent oh like Exif on pictures? https://www.google.com/search?q=Exif not sure why you'd want it giving more exact location for a text post. most usually give a general ISP location based on your network IP or let you select a location, thinking FB
