I do not understand why Mastodon became so popular in the Fediverse. Once you learn about all the advantages of Misskey and the many forks (Sharkey, Ice Shrimp, etc) and how limiting and sometimes uncooperative Mastdon can be (this being an example), it makes you wonder. lol

I have seen that it's a big difference between what is more attractive to the majority of western people and asian people

So a simple website attracts more the attention of the majority of westerns, maybe that's why ​:akko_mmh:​

@aliceif @Linux @kimby But yeah I think I'd have to agree on the website styles not compatible with different people with different cultural backgrounds… Mastodon kinda feels really empty to me, and Misskey is straight up full fetched to me
