Military: report on the situation at the front. The internal situation: security, a report from law enforcement officers, liquidation of the consequences of the Russian shelling of Kherson - heavy shelling. Let's answer the enemy. GUR's report: plans of the occupiers, our counteraction. Report of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine: the trends of the near future, our operations that we are preparing are important.....
We bow our heads before the Heroes who protect Ukrainians from the barbarity of the Russian forces, defending freedom and democracy.
They will not be forgotten.
The #US leadership said time and again that it would support #Ukraine for as long as it would take. Small print: terms and conditions applied.
#Putin's bet on US terms and conditions is paying off: he knew his #American minions were in place and ready to act when needed. He saw that the US was too scared of victory to arm Ukraine to win. And now, #Biden is stuck.
The Christmas tree in Kyiv, or the "Christmas tree of courage," is crafted from spent ammunition gathered by the military at the front lines and then transported to the capital for its creation. 🎄
We should be arming #Ukraine, not "for as long as it takes", but TO WIN.
Why? Because, to begin with, we are seriously struggling to keep #democracy afloat "for as long as it takes" and, in order to defend democracy, we must achieve a resounding Ukrainian #victory.
That's why oligarchs, terrorists, extremists and dictators are ALL so invested in stopping war-time investment in European #security in the Ukrainian front.
Radosław Sikorski, the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of #Poland, former MEP, and husband of the great @anneapplebaum, in answer to populists' demagoguery:
"Personally, I want a Union strong enough that can, not only stand up to #Putin, but send him to hell. And therefore, I believe we need not a superstate, but a superpower. And therefore, these proposals should be considered seriously."
Norway will donate additional NASAMS air defence systems to Ukraine to the sum of 335 million NOK (around 32 million USD).
Some will be donated from Norway’s own storage in order to ensure fast delivery to Ukraine, while additional systems will be ordered from the industry for later delivery.
In #Norway the #Danish Prime Minister Mette #Frederiksen said her government would present a new support package for Ukraine worth 1 billion euros (US$1.08 billion) to parliament this week.
The package will consist of tanks, drones and ammunition.
