Auch wenn (mal wieder) for Mastodon drauf steht, funktioniert es natürlich auch mit den weiteren Projekten. Das mit dem Markennamen scheint so ein Marketingtick zu sein ;)

Users sign in with a Fediverse account, a session grabs their details, and a temporary link to a shared space is created for the two to chat. Did you know that voice chats have also been available for #Mastodon for some time now? The whole thing is called #Audon and can either be used via the servers that are already connected, or you can set up your own servers for it. Wusstet ihr, dass es Voicechats auch seit einiger Zeit auch für #Mastodon gibt? Das ganze nennt sich #Audon und kann entweder über die bereits angebundenen Server verwendet werden, oder, ihr setzt Eure eigenen Server dafür auf. Ich finde es schade, dass es so wenig genutzt wird, da es definitiv mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Probiert es doch mal selbst aus und vielleicht hören wir uns dann auch mal dort: https://audon.space/
I'm thinking of starting a room on clubhouse to talk about dreams. It's been a while since I've held a dream discussion. I've been doing a lot of dream interpretations lately, and I think it would just be another great opportunity to talk a little bit more about our beautiful, and sometimes crazy dreams. Has anyone made contact with the people behind #Audon? I think many #blind people would like to use it, but it has a few unlabelled buttons in the room UI.
I haven’t been able to find any way to contact them but this would be a big hit in the blind community if it were a bit more #accessible.
Audon is a great real-time audio streaming service for the #fediverse! Think Spaces or Clubhouse, and you pretty much got it. You create a room for audio, where other people can listen to you, or just give them the role of speaker as well.
You can easily log in with your fediverse (Mastodon/Calckey/Pleroma) account, create a room, share the link, and you're ready to go!
I'm rewriting #Audon from scratch to implement ActivityPub-based authentication (very much like FediAuth of Owncast) so that it works without Masto API.
Checkout #Audon. It is a platform for real-time audio streaming that users of #Calckey#Pleroma and #Mastodon can log in in to with their existing accounts.
