He is now back at the Penny Bloods HQ, and everyone is tiptoeing around, being careful NOT to mention the U-word. Or catnip. Or The Great Impersonator.
The bees are done, and instead of fish I made balls to go with them. I tried making a fish, but it looked a bit sus, so I went with balls instead.

10 catnip-stuffed bees done! I would have made more than 10, but I have run out of the black yarn.
However, I have found a nice fish pattern, so I am going to make some of those to fill the void.
These are being made for a colleague to sell to raise money for a cat charity, I forgot to make a note of the charity but I will find it out so I can make a donation on payday myself!

I've never seen two grown cats just go "meh" over catnip shaken into a sock & the top tied in a knot. It's an age-old, time-proven #cat#toy but no, Clark and LJ are not having it.

As the catmint is a new purchase, and Major Tom was caught roughing it up when it first arrived, I've stuck it in one of my portable seedling nurseries to protect it, at least until it's a bit bigger. The catmint can grow up through the wire mesh where the cats can get to it.
