I quit reading the #WSJ quite awhile ago due to some obvious partisan spin. Now I know it does absolutely no fact-checking on opinion pieces and is in bed with Alito.
Just giving a public official an open mic to prebut an article about his lavish conflicts of interest and then defending him is not journalism: it's advocacy.

BTW, if Murdoch's protégé Trump were really that influential, how come he failed so miserably using his self-proclaimed influence to to get WSJ journalist Evan Gershkovich freed from Putin's criminal claws?
I know this isn't an original thought, but it's absolutely hilarious that Donald #Trump--the man whose platform in 2020 was “lock her up” because he thought Hillary mishandled classified documents--is now shocked that he's being held criminally accountable for willfully and deliberately mishandling top-secret documents and then lying about it.

Trump is the best proof, that obsessive disregard for right & wrong may not play out well for criminal sociopaths forever.
