After two glasses of limeade with added sprigs of fresh tulsi in twelve hours, and prayers to those who listen (my pain medication alone doesn't do much anymore), my fatigue and chronic pain is much more within control today 🙏🏽 So I've been able to cook lunch again! after over a week!! I wanted to cook dinner in advance and clean as well, but the only work I've got any spoons left for is cleaning the kitchen.
Eid Mubarak!
I hope your celebrations are full of joy, your family and friends are safe and loved, and that people around the world will remember their spirit of kindness and stop their violence. #Eid#EidMubarak
Here's wishing #EidMubarak to all those celebrating today.
As the month of #Ramadan (#Islamic fasting month) comes to an end, #Muslims worldwide thank the Almighty by offering prayers at Mosques & #Eid celebrations.
I'm afraid if I want a real #SearchEngine, I may have to have to pay for it with #Kagi.
I'm still a little fuzzy about what "Eid Mubarak" means, but I think it means essentially "Happy Holidays" to those who are participating in the feast at the end of the month of Ramadan. So, if that's you, Eid Mubarak!
For 7 years now, celebrating Eid with loved ones has been out of reach due to China's mass atrocities against #Uyghurs, as part of which my wife Muherrem Ablet has been arbitrarily incarcerated and our two adorable kids trapped incommunicado in our hometown since 2017. The pain and trauma this ongoing mass persecution left on us are beyond imagination.
Selamat Hari Raya Iedul Fitri 1445H bagi yg merayakan..
Taqabballahu minna wa minkum, taqabbal yaa kariim..
Mohon maaf lahir batin... 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 #tootsea#eidmubarak
We went to Devon Avenue (Little India / Little Pakistan) yesterday for some shopping. It is Ramadan right now and many places are having Ramadan or Eid sales. The photo is not the best. The day was grey and you can see the reflection in the window. But there is just something that I really liked about the sign.
Bei uns im Hof spielen lauter schick angezogene Kinder und zum Fenster zieht Essensduft herein. Das alles so von außen zu betrachten gibt mir eine wage Ahnung wie sich Muslim*innen zu Weihnachten fühlen.
To celebrate #today’s #Muslim Feast of Sacrifice, known as #EidAlAdha, here is #art representing the Pilgrimage/ #Hajj to the Holy Kaaba — 1 of the 5 pillars of #Islam 🕋
