I'm confused, or concerned, about consumption. Coffee actually helps me to overcome my executive dysfunction, meaning I can perform boring tasks with no issues. But I fear I can become to it at some point, or I can have at some point if I drink it almost daily. What do you all think?

"The popularity of instant noodles is spreading quickly in developing countries: in Africa, South America and parts of Asia where noodles are not part of traditional diets. This has come with concerns about their link to the rise of non-communicable diseases, particularly those related to the heart, because of the high levels of salt they typically contain."

Our understanding of the workings of the human body is abysmal even today. Our doctors only do bandaid treatments for most diseases.

Some examples are almost comical. Most older people in the US suffer from #hypertension. And the cause is often not known. So, the doctors coined new terms like essential or primary hypertension.

Then there is the #cancer research. The doctors really have no clue about the root causes. E.g., why does the genetic mutation happen?

New research reveals that insufficient duration and poor sleep quality are each linked to increased risk of high blood pressure, called the so-called silent killer behind heart attacks and strokes.

It's yet another indication that poor sleep causes poor health which causes poorer sleep, and so on, in a vicious downward spiral.
