A weird nice thing about the pandemic is that I no longer suffer from imposter syndrome. I've seen so many people in fancy important jobs say so many self-evidently daft things that I just no longer assume that people in fancy, important, or well paid jobs are any more capable than I am, as a default assumption.

When I first got here I really missed quote posts - just for times when you want to agree with something & and add your own context. But after popping back to Twitter a bit, I think I prefer not having them. It's just nice not to have a dunk culture, even when it's dunks you agree with. I think I slowly become a worse person when my community bonds through dunks.
