Here’s a fun fact - if you are cancelling your booking in Airbnb because the wildfire almost reached the town you had your booking in, Airbnb takes no responsibility in refunding the cancellation amount.
We had a booking in Revelstoke, Canada and the morning of the checkin date the host said there is an active fire 20kms away and there is smoke coming in the city. Had to cancel the booking (and thus cutting the vacation short), but all Airbnb had to offer is - sorry!
