@Skepticat when I was really young, I used to have a recurring nightmare that the ground was literally opening up under my feet and I was falling into hell. This dream reoccurred for several years.

When I was 5 my parents gave me a whole package of Black Cat firecrackers. About halfway through the pack one blew up in my hand... next to my ear because I was throwing them like a baseball. That's when I learned to throw them like a frisbee.

For the today, do you have anything exciting planned for the day and the weekend ahead?

I'm not sure what today or the weekend brings for me other than I'll be doing a @novalauncher event via Discord tomorrow at 2pm EST.

Hopefully I'll get some game time in today as well at some point. Not sure what I'll be playing yet.

My nephew is coming for a 2 week visit starting Monday, so we will probably spend the weekend cleaning house and getting the spare be ready for him. We have the bed frame set up, but will need to buy a new mattress and box spring for it.

@cliffwade I've got to work Mon-Fri next week, but I took off the following Mon-Wed so I'll have 5 days off in a row to hang out with him. We're probably going to take him to a water park and amusement park. He's 16, so he'll enjoy that I think.

    Good morning to alma peeps. I'm working from home today. I went for a long bike ride last night and I'm feeling it this morning, so I'm glad to be working from home. Just read that the writing of the last season of Stranger Things is on hold due to the writer's strike. I didn't even know they were working on another season. That is such a great show.
