I think the laypeople are being confused and made to believe it is over their heads.

I WAS disgusted at MSNBC’s 4 HOUR marathon with all hands on deck for the Iowa caucus where 14% of voters registered R bothered to vote& 7% voted for Trump 93% of Iowa voters registered R did not vote for Trump! No “landslide.”

@Litzz11 On “murder” vs “kill” -ancient Hebrew is difficult. Some rabbis use “murder” some use “kill.” Using it for capital punishment means killing a human being is fine-NOT what the commandment is about! All the rabbis I have read/talked to are against capital punishment no matter which translation.
Nobody really knows what is meant by "officer of the government." It might include the president. It might not. A president occupies a unique position under the Constitution.
Basically what the judge did was punt the issue to the appellate court.
