A friend in New Jersey gave me some of his purple hyacinth seeds. They’ve sprouted nicely and I’m wondering where to plant them. I’d like to plant them in a pot and send them up the pergola. Here in the East Bay Area, how does the vine look over the winter? Our patio has a mild microclimate and rarely freezes. Sunset zone 15.

** flagsforgood.com has a big selection of Pride flags, pins and stickers. Great customer service.
** We’ve also been happy ordering directly from the Human Rights Campaign.
