That’s the painting done, now for something drastic that could ruin the whole thing 🤪
It has been good to just create something without a plan, no pressure, no guidelines. It’s what my head amy heart needed this past two weeks.

Still don’t know what I’m doing but I found a purple paint so something is going purple.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a reporter from Yahoo about living with decades of SAD, or Seasonal Affective Disorder, amongst many other health issues. This condition often leads to the cancellation of plans at the peak of winter, introducing a level of moroseness into one's psyche that can be challenging to dispel.

@suswatibasu my husband has episodes of this because he’s a Night Shift worker. In winter he goes to work in the dark, comes home in the dark and gets up as it’s getting dark. We have thought about getting a SAD lamp.

@suswatibasu it used to be ok when he was younger but it’s definitely become harder as we get older. I’ve just started researching the different things that can help, like the lamp.
