Does anybody know where I can get an affordable TeamTalk server for my own use? Mine kind of died like a lot of months ago and now I have no good spots to host movie night. I don’t want to have to sell a kidney to pay for it, but I am willing to pay a reasonable amount of money.

    2023 reflections.

    Hello to whoever is reading this. I’m going to start this post by apologizing in advance for any grammatical errors that might pop up throughout this entry. I am using voice to text because I cannot find my Bluetooth keyboard, and my braille display is not charged. Now that I’ve gotten that out-of-the-way: I feel like for me, this year has been a year of pushing limits, discovering more about myself, and trying new things.

    weird question, how many trash cans do you have per floor/room? I found some pretty, not TOO expensive small trash cans, got two, and one large one for the kitchen. One for upstairs bath, one for bedroom.

    Not sure if I need one for the den/living room, I guess it'd be less travel as long as I can hide them well enough eh?

    I hate this "I can't tell you about anything that's even remotely not friendly to everyone on the planet" mentality of GPT. Was looking for some Mucinex, and pulled out something that felt remotely like an advil container. Scanned it with Be My AI, and it just told me that it couldn't help with that. They tell you not to use it with medication bottles, but I already know how much to take, just needed help finding the product, and decided to mix it up by actually testing out Be My AI instead of good old handy Lookout. It worked on the previous 3 things I tried, so I was quite confused. Come to find out, I pulled out some THC gummies my parents occasionally use for pain relief. But of course, it couldn't tell me that because what if I was 8 and decided to take them? It's not like I could literally do that anyways, you know. Especially if I were sighted.

    Sometimes I wonder if I could just, choose to feel less. It feels like for the most part I don't feel much at all. And then something or someone happens and there's a spark of anger, or a spark of sexuality, or anxiety, or depression. Sometimes it's blown into a flame that sits at the bottom of my stomach for hours or days. But it goes away. Everything does.

    Sometimes, though, I love the emptiness. All this weekend, I wanted nothing. No one to knock on my door, no one to ask me to Doordash them some food, nothing. No obligations. Of course, people couldn't accept that so a friend came in and listened to TicToc on his phone, on my couch, for a while. I got kinda mad and played my book on my Echo Studeo, and he got the hint and soon left. I just, have so little of myself left. I don't know where it went. I don't know what happened to me. Maybe I was always this dim, this without self. I don't know. I don't know how long it'd take for me to get back to a point where I want to live again.

    @devinprater I do stuff to get out of my head. I step outside and listen to nature. I try baking cook, I throw on some music and dance like no ones watching and sing loudlu. I call a friend, I read a good book or draw somethin. I try a new hobby somethin I can make progress in and be proud of
