I’m working with an organization of professional women who want our trans sisters to know they will be welcome and accepted in the group.
What’s the best way to do this in our media when having events, etc?
Because my brain goes “trans women are women, of course they’re welcome!” but I know that isn’t always the case and want to allay any concerns folks might have about joining.

This morning I have an intro call about a potential contract role! It’s a longer shot (referral of a referral) but more than I’ve seen come through in awhile so I sank a good amount time into research and prep this morning to give it my very best :blobfoxfloof_w_:
Me? I’m just watching the rain out the window and debating starting a new #crossstitch project.
I want to be grateful for this time away from work but I also really miss having meaning in my day and being able to help people. It’s a weird kind of melancholy.
