Kingston (Surrey, UK) was watching a bug climb down the window for quite a while, until, eventually, he was ready to pounce. Unfortunately the bug turned out to be both too high, and on the wrong side of the glass, and it flew away. Very frustrating.

Igor (Ontario, Canada) waited until the table had been laid and seized the moment to knock a fork to floor and chase it around. It took surprisingly long for the humans to get the fork back, but Igor was very satisfied with his success.

Figgy (BC, Canada) is a nice Jewish mama’s boy who loves a party, especially after taking a nice, big, stinky poop. Once he’s finished, let the celebration begin! He races up and down the hallway in his tuxedo, back and forth, over and over again, sounding literally like a herd of buffalo. You were sleeping? It’s 3 a.m.? Too bad – Figgy pooped!

    Medusa (Mid West, USA) has started hunting around the house lately, and dropping gifts in front of the bedroom door every night. So far she has ‘killed’ every fist-sized plushie she can find as a gift.

    Rory’s (BC, Canada) human had sprained her ankle and was resting it in bed for most of the day. Rory decided to do something about this and her human could hear her meowing like crazy, like she does when she’s bringing something. She showed up in the room carrying a bag of cough drops. She knew her human wasn’t feeling well and wanted to take care of her! Unfortunately, her diagnostic skills need some work.

    Legitimate question, to which I'm really looking for constructive answers (and not just more dumping on an obviously dying/dead platform):

    Where is everyone getting their breaking news after leaving Twitter/X?

    I've not taken the platform seriously for a few years now, but updates on breaking news are still the one aspect of it for which I have not found an adequate replacement. "Big Media" is always several hours behind the accounts of real people.
