I have banned myself from diving into photos from our trip until I've got the backlog of Stuff To Do done.

I have found a loophole though, as this photo was taken post-trip and is thus excluded from the ban.

OK. I have loads of photos to sort through and have got weirdly obsessed with one small tomato but @nellie_m suggested that it looked like it wanted to bounce and... well... it did.

Around 20 GBs of camera files copied to the computer to sort through.

To be fair to me a lot are me playing around with the 360 camera which makes HUGE files, but still.

One more photo from the passenger seat in the car before I sort through the Proper Photos from the trip.

Was very pleased to see nominative determinism working for vehicles and their reg plates.

We had been on the motorway for a wee while by this point, and the motorway is very boring, so this was EXCELLENT.

Scotland:

A short video loop taken through a car window (by the passenger). Rain is hammering on the windscreen as the wipers attempt to push it away. They sky is grey. It is, as we say in Scotland, dreich, but it's still lovely to be back.

A remake of an old favourite.

I might get some wool and make some more, so I can create a pom pom army.

It opens with wool wrapped around the circles used to make pom poms. It is standing on a lichen covered rock, and has scribbled on legs and eyes. It shakes itself a couple of times, then pops up and becomes a full pompom, and looks very happy about it.

The secret to making a flower bloom - give it a wee tickle.

100% of fact.

A composite photograph of a loose marigold flower bud, with mossy grass in the foreground and a blurred green background. The stem has a face drawn on, looking a little bored and unimpressed with the world. A simple drawn figure stands to the right of the flower. They look up at the bud, then to camera, then put their arm out to tickle the stem. The flower grins, and the full bloom flower pops out, a golden mass of petals. After a few seconds it looks bored again and reverts to the loose bud.

I thought I was playing around with a wee dance loop, but discovered what I was actually playing around with was a method for summoning cupcakes.

So that was nice.

Six simple cartoon figures do a short loop move involving swaying from side to side while almost rubbing their stomachs. They stand around a summoning circle, upon which a happy cupcake is being conjured (it's not quite there yet, and periodically fades out).
