@lappenjammer It's a really nice seaside town, and LOTS of seabirds. It actually has a train station too, so better connected than some places up here!
Obviously I thought this through and made sure our friend can stand up absolutely fine. They just liked to lean in for a hug now and then. I mean, you would, wouldn't you?
It's getting increasingly difficult to fit all the dancers on to the screen & make loops that fit with ALL THE OTHER LOOPS (it totally stuffed the timing for this one) so next week will be the last, when I hit a year (!)
I like having a Friday Thing though, so will do #FridaySparklyDanceParty any week there are volunteers, & probably just random dancers on other weeks.
As ever, have a great weekend if you possibly can 😃
@NeadReport I thought it was you - I was going to check back to find out who it was! To be fair that did give you a bit of a head start in recognising it 😆
@eclectech Well, a three-day holiday weekend here and maybe I'll get around to giving that move a go - and hopefully not falling on my arse. Blinds closed, of course.
With Myfanwy's recent move into politics, on top of her demanding roles in art, film & travelogue, we are happy to welcome Esme to the team in Scotland to spread the load.
Please... say hello to the delightful and excellent Esme!
@NatureMC@eclectech When I was a child, we used to blow on the dandelion seed head and count how many puffs of breath it took to blow away all the seeds. That, supposedly told you the time. (e.g. three puffs equals 3 p.m.) Of course it didn't actually work but it was a fun game.
I'm going to have to step away from the dandelion fluff thread for a while, but big thanks to everyone sharing their names, and know that my future will definitely involve a dandelion spreadsheet leading to some kind of summary infographic 😆
