Qualcuno che ne capisce ha idea se in Italia è possibile mettere su una associazione senza scopo di lucro per lo sviluppo di software libero? (Qualcosa tipo la KDE e.V., per capirci: https://ev.kde.org/, o quella che stava dietro a Mastodon prima dei recenti casini che ha avuto in Germania.)
Ti parlo di quasi 20 anni quando intentammo con alcuni amici la strada dell'associazionismo senza scopo di lucro...
Non c'e` nessuna limitazione, quando tu apri un associazione ne decidi anche gli scopi e la missione, se si possono spacciare pub e locali per associazioni senza scopo di lucro, nulla ti impedisce di crearne una per lo sviluppo di software libero...
Pero` in venti anni possono essere cambiate molte cose... 🤷♂️
Secondo me ci si complica le cose, che il software sia licenziato a nome di Tizio, Caio e Sempronio che se l'associazione chiude poi è impossibile usare il codice perché chi lo ha licenziato è inesistente...

Devi valutare se i fondi a cui tu vuoi accedere sono accessibili esclusivamente per entita` tipo associazioni non-profit...
Altrimenti fate un bel gruppo di lavoro e basta...

For me "content creators" are another symptom of the #Fediverse#enshittification, because they are a product of the "nasty social media" to let people sticking in front of a screen.
If you are against the "nasty social media" the last thing that you want on the Fediverse are the "content creators" .

It does a lot of sane and interesting things, It was glissed because it was made by a bunch of #flossbros (too much leftist), then everybody called the experts and they came out with ActivityPub, which is a a W3C project, that means also the #TechBros are indirectly involved.
Maybe it is time to come back and rediscover it... 🤔
@hankg@garyhtech On my workstation I use FreeBSD, the problem with GhostBSD is the fact that is a personal vision about it should be "a desktop operative system".
You can feel comfortable or not, but the good thing of doing a FreeBSD installation is that your tailor the OS exactly the way you like, without readymade recipes.
