@thelinuxEXP I had been trying to get OSX-KVM to work on my system (coughintoshed to bare metal on another drive for years) for SO LONG that I had simply given up. I HAD tried quickemu/quickgui in the past with this OS, but they just hadn’t been ready to provide the seamless experience you just showed.
But tonight within a few minutes of STARTING your most recent video, success! Not only was I able to install Ventura, but unlike you, I was able to upgrade it to Sonoma with no kernel panics or crashes (so far, 🤜 🪵). I was also able to upgrade the OpenCore bootloader for it from the 0.8.8 it comes with to the current 0.9.8, for my own sanity.
Because of the VRAM limitations, anything but the stock Mac apps run like crap on it, the cursor redraw latency is a joke, and the default dynamic wallpaper won’t even load (like window shadows and transparency of the dock don’t)! But if anything, it boots WAY faster to the login screen than bare metal (probably because of the default restrictions the qemu .conf file puts on it, in order to reliably boot at all)!
But for what I’m left doing on macOS (not much, these days), that might well be sufficient. I’ll keep tinkering, but especially if I don’t need GPU passthrough to run the basics I need, it might soon be time to wipe the macOS drive I’d been using with bare metal. I could then repurpose it as a dedicated Steam drive or something, and even upgrade my GPU to something macOS doesn’t support (RX7000 or even, dare I say it, NVIDIA (gasp!)).

@Alice At graduation (so effectively in exchange for my diploma), I gave my high school headmaster a lawn ornament that consisted of a googly-eyed frog with a pot belly, in a red polka-dotted bikini.
Funny how it never showed up on his front lawn. I’m going to assume he saved it for those exclusive backyard parties.
