    I'm enjoying watching so many replies from people who are sure they know all about Trump's $$, where it is, all kinds of analyses about what he has and what he doesn't.

    Guess what. Nobody knows. We don't even have the deets of his tax returns, nor do we know of all his properties and accounts.

    So let's just wait and see before hot taking this to death. It serves no purpose, unless it's just for fun, which is fine too.

    @GottaLaff The only thing we know for certain (now) is that Trump doesn't have $500 million in cash. That's not surprising as $500 million in cash would either be sitting in a vault on a Trump property (way too dangerous), or in a bank gathering interest (which would be taxable). The Court of Appeal order lets him borrow until the appeal is up - which is fair to be honest - but banks didn't like lending to Trump before these judgements.

    @StillIRise1963 For Trump, its pretty simple - his assets are all in real estate. Unlike Elmo or Bezos, Trump can't sell stock to raise cash, he either has to sell properties (which no one will touch after he was found to have grossly inflated the value of these properties), or borrow the money, which he can't do because banks can't lend to him.

    The best part of this is the judge knew all of this when he wrote his decision.
