Learned this only after 500h+ of Godot: You can (and should) close "tabs" aka other opened scripts from time to time. Helps to keep an overview AND more important: reduces loading times of the project! I was wondering why it took FOREVER when i loaded my project. #gamdev #GodotEngine

Working on my small game is very different from working on a portfolio piece. Here, the game has 1st priority, and it's much to do, that "good enough" is totally fine for some assets. Sometimes I use geometry nodes to generate the art, but sometimes it's just a photo overpaint.
This is a background pain-au-chocolatine planet.

#gamedev Learning:

1. Having No Sound in your game is OK until you add the first one. At this moment it gets heavily obvious that sound is missing while it was not such much before.
2. Finding good sounds (which fit to your game) takes forever!
3. zapsplat.com is nice.

Changed Lang Menu (Flags -> Text). Why? @grumpygamer & @Holi shared, that some platforms judge flags as too political and country-flags don't give enough info. Example: Swiss has 4 official languages (De, Fr, It & Romansh) so that an 🇨🇭- icon isn't enough.
