@pvonhellermannn The tone of this article makes me think that many non-USA writers don't totally get the USA does not have a national police force or even a central controlling authority over the 12000 separate police organizations in the country. Which makes each individual over bearing responses by each local police force worse, since the there is no central authority to stop them, other than the courts.

@GottaLaff Most of us are thinking more draconian than that, if SCOTUS allows for unbridled Executive Branch. For instance every member of congress or judges or billionaires that the FBI has on file as having foreign spy contacts, off to Guantanamo with them, secretly and without a trace. @StillIRise1963 Teach-ins, as you already mentioned, are a good start. It seems some universities are moving from being a business to being controlled by the billionaire cabal. The cabal wants to set the curriculum, set who can attend or stay enrolled, and set who can teach.
