Upgraded the puppy cage to a puppy condo. I found a playpen I could snap to the cage and now he has a whole area I can leave him be in my room without worrying about accidents. Even my older dog is coming around to the puppy and hanging out near the cage to chew their ears and hides.

i don't think many people realize this but player physics from one engine can be transferred 1 to 1 in a completely different engine and i know this because i've done it myself. the most ambitious thing i've done with programming was implementing quake 1's player physics 1 to 1 in GDScript. The only thing i could never get right was how the game handled climbing stairs. i got so fed up that i copied code from another project which i believe was either MIT or CC0. i literally studied and reverse engineered how quake handles it's player physics and the result was mostly accurate.

I usually don't do new year resolutions, but I've made a few simple and sustainable ones this time:

  • Schedule for wakeup, lunch, workday end (I overwork myself often), and going to bed.
  • More consistent workouts. I've fluctuated between 2-5 days per week, and I'm committing to 5!
  • Weed break. x3

Glad I went to Davis Food Co-op to pick up a few items before I tried TJs.

There were 3 paid petition-gatherers staking out the only entrance and I just was not up for it today. Turned heel and went on a walk instead.

I don't like that weird logic and I think they do have a right to tell people to leave the premises or call the police for trespassing if they don't.

In Germany they usually own the detached places and rarely rent into a building [unless they're in like dense inner city locations!]

I also don't mind petitioners, I just don't want to get harrassed doing my groceries by people who get paid a comission...

    Most Ramen and Soba shops should get you slurpy-soft noodles that require almost no chewing, so depending on your dental hygiene restrictions and possibilities that may be something you can discuss with your doctor[s]...

    As little as I've had any points with that yet, I do enjoy cooking and can say that something like a [Thai] Curry or any Masala are options, espechally when paired with soft-boiled if not freshly made pasta instead of rice...

    Another option may be soft & creamy potato mash [maybe the powder version to add boiling water, a dab of butter and milk to]], which you can customize the hell out of as well...

    As for protein, consider soft boiled and scrambled eggs...

    at auction today! Every now and again I find something so off the beaten path I have to stare, and this 74 Mazda Porter Pickup is a prime example. With 6k verified kms on the clock, this might be the most well-preserved one for export yet! This is from a proto-era of kei vehicles and represents the first generation from Mazda. What a tiny 360cc legend! DM for interest or to bid!
