The recent #UxCollective newsletter had a link for a user research report by #maze, which I wanted to download for my wife, because I have a "fake" #DuckDuckGo email.
I was expecting I could download it "for free" but have to give them my name, company I work at and my email.

Today in Labor History March 1, 1981: Provisional Irish Republican Army member Bobby Sands began his hunger strike at HM Prison Maze. He was in prison for his role in the Balmoral Furniture Company bombing in 1976. During the hunger strike, he was elected to parliament. 10 prisoners died from starvation during the strike, including Sands. 100,000 people attended his funeral.
Child A drew this "Level 30" maze, where you have to figure out which number connects to which ship. I don't know how many levels there are in their system, but I'm clearly not a level 30 player.
I have no idea who else needs this post, but can I recommend this lovely instrument making film from guys in #Barcelona. (English with that Spanish accent sounds great.) It's very well made, really good editing, clever shots & sound design, full of little surprises and personality. It's also exactly the kind of useless but fun knowledge that my brain loves to hoover up.
"Having 8 independent mini brains in each arm, along with a central brain.... "
Octopus solving assorted obstacle maze was fascinating enough, but I learnt so much about octopi too. A particularly enjoyable #markRober#crunchlabs vid.
