🎨 Add some color to your schedule with the latest #ProtonCalendar feature!
You can now color-code your encrypted calendar events! Easily spot important events, set priorities, and organize your tasks. Available on all platforms for paid Proton plans.
Our #ProtonCalendar apps now have the option to check people’s availability. The #iOS app also has a new week view, as well as event summary integration on email invites received, to easily see event details.
▶️ Read through emails faster – when you take action on one email, the next one will now be shown automatically. You can enable this feature from Settings (“Jump to next email”).
🗓️ See main calendar event details in the invite email itself, thanks to our new Calendar widget.
☑️Check your availability simply by tapping on the invite widget in the email – it will take you straight to the #ProtonCalendar app.

➕ And more
While #degoogling my phone, I deleted one system file that didn't need deleting, and now no calendar apps will work. It's a great relief that #protoncalendar doesn't need that system file.
Look what just landed in my inbox! This just made my day.
My Proton Partner application has been approved and I’m excited to be a new #ProtonPartner. Looking forward to getting all situated into the environment.
Now all I need to do is convince my wife to allow me to purchase @protonmail unlimited. Then I can move everything over.
I just discovered that Proton now offers a desktop app for Mac :apple_old_logo: (yes!) and Windows. However, in beta version and only for paying subscribers to one their plans.
But it does not change the fact that I now have a really nice and well-functioning mail and calendar app in combination with each other.
Thank you @protonmail for that opportunity 😊
Thanks to your initial feedback, these include improvements like:
🗓️ Easier access to Proton Calendar
⏩ Easy migration from #Gmail
🚨 Notification badges
🔠 Improved accessibility and font support
For example, I can't use ProtonPass to store a randomly generated password for my email, as it uses my #Proton account. Also, assuming I now use a password for my ProtonMail, if the password becomes comprised in whatever way, my password manager is also compromised.
This effect is cascaded by the fact that ProtonPass can be used as a #passwordmanager and #2FA, so I can't use it for my 2FA for my email.
This is probably one of my few reasons to not switch from #Bitwarde.
Google continues to build its massive surveillance empire under the sinister guise of “privacy.” In its latest iteration on #Android, Google
lets you opt into their “Ad Topics,” which roughly translated means, “Let Google be the gatekeeper of all your data.” (1/4)
