Just replaced the rear brake pads in my Honda CRF300 Rally.
The rear brakes have been squealing like crazy since about 1,000 km. I've tried using brake cleaner, scrubbing the rotor, and sanding the original brake pads down, but that hasn't fixed it. If anything, it might've made the squealing worse.
I think I must've contaminated the brake pads with chain lube or something, so hopefully these new brake pads do the job. 🏍️
Rode the scooter out to Poombarai and enjoyed a scenic chai on the way.
Now that my motorcycle is on its way, I was imagining how much more I'll enjoy the inclined curves around the hills once I have a little more power driving the wheels 😅
I'm planning a backroads adventure ride to Saint Lawrence QLD with some new friends from the local motorcycling group. Should be about 250 km, with 100 km of gravel and some nice elevation.
It'll be a good chance to get some more dirt experience on what should be a pretty cruisy ride.
I was tripping with my friend and his car inside the forest, up in the mountain. Suddenly this group of motorcyclists doing motocross. I quickly got the camera out and took this amazing photo. It isn't perfect, but it is awesome.
I lucked out with this primo parking spot for lunch at the Square today. I couldn’t help but run into the middle of street to snap a quick pic, especially next to that vintage Lincoln Continental.
I have Instagram installed on my phone. I mostly just use it for viewing dumb shorts of stuff involving #motorcycles. I just noticed the new "threads for you" section where, even if you don't have the threads app or a #threads account, it is still showing you content from threads?
#idea motion/sound activated broom handle launcher that detects #motorcycles going too fast on my street and aims for their front wheel using machine vision.
