It's the weekend so let's all comment below with our weekend plans and what we're all going to do.
For me, I'll be having lunch with my cousin and her two daughters and my wife. My cousin and I haven't seen each other since Thanksgiving, so that will be nice.
The rest of the day will likely just be relaxing and laying on the new couch to catch up on some TV shows we're behind on.

Woke up early, made a #Coffee, and worked on some #FoodBank homework.
At 6:00am assisted my wife Arianna with her meds and ice-pack.
Completed my "homework", so going to put on my headphones, play music, sort the #Laundry, and make more Coffee.
That's my plan for Saturday.

@cliffwade Hi Cliff. For me and the whole family, it will be Engineer’s Day open house at UKY, showing off stuff to the public. Then an after party at a nice pub. Tomorrow we’ll be recuperating.
Also, have you checked out any of the Mastodon apps? I know I mentioned Android ones the other day, but if you still use iOS at all, that's where the better apps are such as @MonaApp@mammoth@ivory and @IceCubesApp
@cliffwade@tonysimons one thing I don’t care for about this app is I don’t get notifications. I may have to dig through the settings but they’re not turned on by default, which is curious.
@tonysimons Hmm, you should certainly be getting notifications. I use the stock Mastodon app on Android and get them though I disable them as I don't care too much about notifications.
I mainly use Mona and Mammoth on iOS and get notifications there just fine as well.
@cliffwade@tonysimons I just checked and they’re still on, but for some reason nothing in my notifications. I’ll have to check out the other two you mentioned.
@tonysimons Ah, very nice! Mammoth is amazing. I also like Mona because it has themes that are easy to download and use. Just really a click of a link.
@exallium Nice! Enjoy the time with the in-laws, and nice of them to come keep the kiddos company while y'all get some work done. That's certainly a huge help.
I've never played any of the Yakuza games. They are mostly fighting games, right? If so, I've never been much of a fighting game person.
The combat depends on the game but is mostly like an action brawler. The newer ones (Like a Dragon and Infinite Wealth) are turn based.
There's also Judgment and Lost Judgment that are set in the same universe.
The Yakuza series is great. Imagine a very well written and performed Martin Scorcese film about the Japanese Mafia that gets interrupted every 30min by an episode of the Simpsons.
@exallium Ah, gotcha. Unfortunately you lost me completely at Scorcese as I've never been a fan of his stuff, and I've never watched a full episode of The Simpsons either.
