@thomas So, why don't they ask as the first question if you like to choose a server or use a default one? This shouldn't be put into an advanced option...

@thomas Rochko should have documented the algorithm for choosing the default sign-up option, just said it "works with a server we operate." He didn't say there was any actual decentralization in choosing the default, only in the option to migrate away afterward.
