Hi, #Mastodon fam. My name is Monika and I just moved in to this neighbourhood a.k.a. server! That said, my #timeline is pretty empty right now, so I would #love to meet new #friends and fill it up with #fun#content. Interact with this post if you play some of these #games...
I finished #CultOfTheLamb last night. I loved playing this game. It took me 50+ hours to finish it but I like to play games slowly as I play to relax and have fun.
The game has the cuteness and the cruelness magic mix. Similarly to #AmongUs and the movie #starshiptroopers .
I might some day play this again. Then on stream and give my viewers the opportunity to be part of my cult.
• #CultOfTheLamb — wanted this for ages! Looks both cute and fun/chaotic
• #VampireSurvivors — heard it’s good and a friend said it was good and it was cheap
• Divinity: Original Sin 1 & 2 — I have so many CRPGs to play but for $21 USD for both I figure I will enjoy them … someday 🤣
Now when I will actually PLAY these is a mystery! 😂
i went out all day n got home at 12am, it's almost 7am now n im still not sleepy yet. upgraded the SSD on my partner’s #SteamDeck tho from 64GB to 512GB. it’s prolly the excitement of setting it all up dats keeping me awake (and my heartbeat slow af lol rip).
“Beat” Cult of the Lamb last night (got to see the credits roll) but I’ll probably do the post-game a bit before moving on to either Chants of Sennaar or Backpack Hero.
Had a fun time with it! Cute art style, and I liked the dual gameplay loop of base management vs going out for rogue-lite expeditions. Not very difficult on the “Normal” setting, so I think they did a good job making the game approachable.
I just started playing Cult of the Lamb and I'm really enjoying it. It kind of reminds me of Moonlighter. On a related note, the Steam Deck is working really well and I haven't had any trouble running games on it. It looks like Linux Gaming has come along really well.
Just finished the main story portion of #CultOfTheLamb, and honestly WHAT A #GAME. There are still some things I could do in the game and I’ll do just that but I’m honestly seeking for more of this formula/story. The mechanics, movement, and combat are all so fluid and intuitive/creative and the story’s obviously unique. Playing as a sacrificial lamb revived from their death to fight Gods and possibly be one themself denying the rest is dark… yet cute. Absolutely my kind of thing, this contrasting fusion. 10/10.
