Anyone here who's played Diablo IV and can tell me how they liked it? I really liked D2 (and D2 Resurrected) and also D3, but I haven't played in a while. Diablo IV really looks interesting and the reviews also seem to be pretty good.
Still trying to get through Zelda. 3/4 of the temples done, got my sword, working on tears. Finished the sky map and ground map. Still feel like I have 100s of hours of gameplay, but I want to finish the story so I can play Diablo and Street Fighter 6!
Good Morning Friends! Last night I finished the campaign in #Diablo4 and this morning I share my relatively spoiler-free thoughts about that experience. I largely talk about the game from a mechanical and story point of view as I have yet to experience any of the end-game content. The game is a mixed bag.
Just some random thoughts on playing Diablo 4 some over the weekend.
The moment I saw the horse in the opening cinematic I thought, "That horse is about to die."
At the very least, Inarius seems like a not-great dad.
I wish Blizzard's cinematic team would make a full-length animated movie. Starcraft, Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo. I don't care. Their cinematics are always top notch. Please give me more.
We have been asked how to get #DiabloIV on the #SteamDeck a bit now, so here’s a little guide on how to install BattleNet and get #Diablo downloaded on Deck in the TRULY easiest way possible!
Mit "Diablo 4" gelingt Blizzard nach schweren Jahren ein bedingungsloser Hit. Eine Tragödie: Etliche Menschen werden viel Lebenszeit an dieses Spiel verlieren.
I decided to buy Diablo IV earlier today. I've got it downloaded and installed, but haven't had a chance to start playing yet.
I have no idea what class I'm going to play until I start up the game. Mainly because, I've never played a Diablo game before, at least not to my knowledge.
I see there are clans available in the game too, which means I'm going to have to find me a good one with people that love to play together and help others.
Can't find secret book or scroll with secret spell we need? Use other secret book with resurrection spell to bring back a dead lady that knows the secret spell.
It’ll be fine. #Diablo logic
Combining chocolate, gaming, and horror is an intriguing triple threat, as an 18+ chocolate store is set to open to mark the launch of Diablo IV, with the sales income going to the SpecialEffect gaming charity:
I'm excited for #Diablo4 tomorrow but if I weren't buying it with leftover free bnet balance from my time working there, at this point I wouldn't touch it.
There are great devs at that company working their butts off to make some of the best games in the industry. And I hope they all leave for better studios as quickly as possible, because they don't deserve what #Blizzard puts them through, and Blizzard certainly doesn't deserve their talent and passion.
Can't believe it, just beat Diablo (on Normal) in Diablo II (Resurrected) using just a level 28 necromancer, one merc, and one blood golem. Sure, I have some great gear and I had to portal back to town a few times to get supplies, but that's a personal best. Diablo will straight up kill you instantly with all kinds of character classes if you're not careful. And we're not even talking Baal, just Diablo. Tough. Just goes to show that necros are an amazing class, and that blood golem is the coolest.
My understanding is that in the olden days of #diablo 1, the way multiplayer worked was that one person would host it on their machine and others would join in. At that point, #battle.net was just a way for people to find each other. I recall seeing #linux hosts, but I don't think Diablo was released for Linux. Were people setting up their own servers running Linux? How did they host the game if there wasn't a Linux release?
More shots of Diablo Immortal. I play it quite a bit. This is a necromancer character I had just recently started, I think I have her up to around level 14 now. The controls are good and tight, easy to learn, everything about it is pretty cool. (It's on PC too, of course, also free.) And you can even beam it to a TV from your phone and play via wireless controller- something I still need to try. I mostly just mess around with it on my phone. 🤣
Diablo Immortal has some of the most beautiful loading screen art I've ever seen in a game. The other Diablo games do too in some ways, but these are just BEAUTIFUL.
Also, the game is free to play, which is cool, and it doesn't have in-game ads or anything. I feel like it's the most fun, immersive mobile rpg I've ever played. You'll need a strong phone to run it, though. It's big and resource heavy. I have a new Samsung S21, these are screenshots from that. My old Samsung S7 could NEVER have run this properly.
Recommendations for good co-op PC games? 🖥️ I know, I've asked before, and I'll ask again...
Desired traits: interesting storyline, action / adventure / survival type, like if Skyrim was co-op
We also like Diablo-style games (yes, waiting for #DiabloIV) #Coop#Gaming#GamingPC
Some weekends you get a lot done, some very little. I like both kinds. Most of today was the latter, just hanging with the wife watching Netflix and playing Wizorb. I'll probably dream in brick breaking. 🤣 Switching it up tonight with Diablo Immortal, which I can just never quit. I still blows my mind that this S21 can handle a game like this. Pretty detailed and CPU-intensive. I find it crazy fun. I've deleted most games off my phone but Immortal is a must, at, least for me. One of the most wild mobile experiences around (and it's also free on PC).
