I'm feeling a lot better since sinus infection treatment round two began. My headache was gone the day of the steroid injection. What a relief!
I spent NYE in with my son, DIL and two other family members, plus little ones and of course, the doggos.
Today was mostly a day of rest to prepare for the return to work tomorrow. Time to start planning time off for the long stretch of no holidays from January through the end of May.
Looks like I need new goals for the new year as I just smashed my last goal this morning. Starting at 540 pounds almost 2 years ago, I'm now down to 269 pounds, making for a loss of 271 pounds, just breaking the 50% mark from my heaviest.
You can do anything if you are properly motivated. If you are looking to make changes in your life, you can do it too. Every journey starts with a single step. Start today.
It's E23's first full day on Earth at #SWFLEagleCam ! He was fed twice so far, by first time Mom F23 and seasoned Dad M15. She/he is getting quite a bit of attention from both as an only eaglet! We'll never know the sex of the eaglet, but can guess by size, as females are 25% larger than males. E23 is unable to regulate his body temperature. An adult needs to brood to keep the eaglet warm until he grows his down feathers in a few weeks.
#happynewyear2024#bonneannee2024
We made it to the East Coast ball drop! Happy New Year!
Lex was tricky this year. It's bad luck to toast with water, and she doesn't like any beverages with bubbles. We inadvertently landed on mimosa ingredients, which is a trend I can wholeheartedly support. I really should drink more mimosas in 2024.
Hope you and yours are celebrating the New Year, are safe and warm, and eating some great food!
