ICUMI , I took a few more photos of the #moon with the Digi-Camera and downloaded them overnight.
Here's some #FullMoon shots, including the video link https://mstdn.ca/@Rasta/111147474691566084 there was so much red in the moon (wildfire smoke) that I tried a black and white too
IMO I've had better full-moon shoots, I'll take what I can
For #MountainMonday here's a view south along the Laguna Crest from Garnet Peak, to Monument and Stephenson peaks, illuminated by the last light of day in the western sky. The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is visible in the chaparral on the very right.
Twilight tints the fantastic shapes and forms in the eroding mud hills of the Carrizo Badlands at Arroyo Tapiado, with a view of distant Carrizo Mountain and the Coyote Mountains Wilderness. Anza Borrego Desert State Park, California.
As evening advances and twilight deepens, the last tourists leave the Emerald Pools of Zion. And yet the water and the trees and the cliffs remain, whether or not there is anyone to see them.
Early light, first light, over the ocean. Still too dark for the human eye, the only light at this hour, is #Twilight, Nautical twilight.
Sunrise is really late now, and the mornings are so cool that the camera and windows fog up.
Tomorrow might be colourful, as another rain storm is coming, and behind it, there's a hurricane in the Atlantic
Just now, the day after Hilary Satan came through.
I read that they evacuated everyone way out in #Salton_Sea yesterday, not that anyone can stand living there anymore, but does that mean it got filled up with water again?
I drove past it over twenty five years ago on my way to #Yuma and it stank like shit back then, lolz.
