wpbriefs.com is an AI powered podcast. Worth a mention just for the logo alone. I'm thinking about starting a rival called wpboxers.

I've used on my blog to block spam since its early days. The folks over at have just informed me that I'm in violation of their license terms because the Google ads I have on it make it "commercial" so I can't use their free license.
I write on my blog for fun, and most years the ads bring in less than the cost of an Akismet license.
This is stupid and short-sighted on Automattic's part. I would have paid a reasonable price; this ain't it. Bye, Akismet.

Also, I've been waiting a month and a half for to fix a problem with the social sharing functionality in their plugin which is preventing me from linking my social accounts to my blog. In that time I've been given zero useful information and a great deal of outright wrong information by their support staff (read the ticket, it's a whopper). This does not put me in a position to be well-disposed toward giving Automattic money.

"Arxtu Formació" is already a fact. It is operational, if anything in the absence of small details and some additional adjustment in the back-end. The good thing is that it is also 100% sustainable and fast.

The good thing about the design of Artxtu Formació, a site built exclusively with the site editor () and native blocks, is not only that its pages load in less than 1 second; it is also that the site is sustainable

Thanks for all of the folk chiming in about a duplication plugin. Seems like Yoast wins the vote, though I will likely end up checking out all of the ones suggested lol

Just trying out the plugin by re-upping an old post and watching the server go brrrrr.

For those who know about WordCamps.

Interesting proposal in the way WordCamps might be going forward.

I left a lengthy initial comment. I hope it makes sense. If someone wants to help me make sense let me know. 😆

Should I apply as speaker to upcoming WordCamp Finland?

Perhaps for the first time I would talk in English, before I've talked in Finnish for some reason.

I know a thing or two in following topics:

  • theming
  • Entrepreneurship, running a digital agency
  • Content
  • Devops
  • Gutenberg
  • Hosting
  • Marketing
  • Mental health
  • Open source
  • Site performance
  • UI/UX

I'm not sure about my energy right now and should decide in mere days. What do you think?
