If you just browse, watch Netflix, shop, net banking, etc, Linux distributions like Mint or Ubuntu could save you money. It is an environment-friendly option.

When the Raspberry Pi 5 was announced, we all said that most people would probably be better off repurposing an x86 thin client so we bought some dirt cheap new in box Dell Wyse 5070 machines to see if we were right. Spoiler: we were.

What is your favorite desktop environment and why? :linux:
I'm currently considering to switch away from GNOME the main reason i use it is because of the dash to dock feature (until recent events good stability ) . But i don't know much about any other environment than KDE and GNOME and i dislike KDE's task bar
